
No Bake Energy Bites
Jump start the new year with these healthy no-bake energy bites made with oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruits! They are perfect for clean eating and a great go-to snack.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50g rolled oats
- 80g dried dates
- 80g dried figs
- 80g nuts of your choice (e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts or brazils)
- 15g pumpkin seeds
- 15g sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until they turn into a sticky mixture. Roll into bites and store them in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month. Easy to make and perfect little boosts of energy
