Description
Product of Spain.A 100% Tempranillo Crianza (aged for one year in oak) from the Rioja Alta. Alcoholic fermentation takes place over 15 days, followed by a long post-fermentation maceration. The wine is then aged in first and second year French oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months, followed by a minimum of 1 year in the bottle. The wine undergoes no treatments or stabilisation processes and may therefore contain some sediment.
The wine is a ruby red hue with a violet rim and offers floral aromas and red fruits on the nose. This is medium bodied and nicely balanced on the palate with darker fruit and balsamic complexities.
