Becoming sustainable and aiming to give back to the community. This is partially why they won the World’s Most Admired Wine Brand in 2018. Another part to it is their amazing wines, with a cabinet full of awards (and then some), each wine is unique, telling it’s own story of grape and region. 100% Tempranillo. Intense blackberry colour. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Given its smooth tannin and fruit characteristics, the wine pairs beautifully with all kinds of red meat, chorizo, and aged cheeses. Serve at 14–16”C. LEGACY Celeste is born 895 meters above sea level, where the vines and the sky form a magical connection, resulting in a wine filled with the freshness, emotion, and intensity of a starry night.
