Made by mixing traditionally ground dijon mustard with walnuts from Perigord, France, it's flavour is one of a kind! Spread it on sliced chicken, a grilled gruyere sandwich, filet mignon, or create a beautiful vinaigrette for a salad by mixing it with a little vinegar. The Fallot family of Beaune, France has been producing some of the world's best mustard since 1840. The Fallot Mustard Mill is the last independent mill in Burgundy, and it is still housed on it's original location near Dijon. Still adhering to traditional methods, their mustards are sought after by both chefs and descriminate home cooks.
